If I saw this poll, I would have immediately answered 1 and moved on. I have been to DC, even to the smithsonian, but I have not actually visited a capitol building However, I have been to Nassau, San Juan, and Philipsburg during various vacations, so I guess I would be a solid 4

@SnyperWolf@kind.social Four that I at least know of, though I only remember three, arguably five if we stretch it a little bit. I have been to Rome and Budapest as part of my previous workplace's winter vacations (Budapest in 2018, Rome in 2019), London as part of a class trip, Berlin when I was a wee little child, so small that I don't even *really* remember it, outside of the fact that I was there once. The fifth one would be Paris, in the context of me having been to Disney Land, also as a small child.

@SnyperWolf@kind.social @Pepijn@mastodon.online Real actual visits include: Paris, Helsinki, Stockholm, Berlin, Washington DC, Athens, Rome ... the more I think about it, the longer the list gets. I've only lived in two capitols though, Washington DC and Stockholm. Admittedly, I lived in Maryland, half a block away from the border with Washington DC, but everyone considered it part of DC.

@SnyperWolf@kind.social @Pepijn@mastodon.online Let's see; Stockholm (Parents took us to Gröna Lund and Kolmården), Oslo (overnight transit stop at the bus station), Copenhagen (mostly for the airport or passing through), Paris (just like Sparky, only for Disneyland 🤣) and we drove there from Sweden so we might have detoured through the Benelux capitols as well I slept most of the way.
