@avilewis@mstdn.ca What an absurd take. As if the emission from Canada contribute at all to the Global Warming from CO2 emissions. The worlds CO2 has gone up, in my lifetime, from ~310 ppm to ~ 420 ppm and Canada ha contributed less than 2 parts of that rise. This issue is too damn important to focus on making polite points rather than developing a world view that actually accomplishes something other than feeling good. .

@avilewis@mstdn.ca How in the hell does an investment banker not understand that renewable's cost per Kw is still falling unlike fossil fuel? I guess he is stupid enough to allow his picture to be taken wearing that cow hat, so... maybe that answers my question.
