@erin Congrats! Its about time those fuckers over at Robbers get put in their place and learn that just because they're a triopoly, doesn't mean no holds barred, and their own rules, nor the rule of law don't apply to them.

@adam thanks! not sure my wee complaint will change anything, but I find it ridiculous it took escalating things this far for a resolution that should have been made during the first call. Every Roger’s rep we spoke to over the 3 months agreed it should have been cancelled during the first phone call. I wonder how much they lost in operational waste. If they care so much about profits they should probably look at how efficient their systems are.
