TIL I learned the term Hopepunk: "Hopepunk is a subgenre of speculative fiction, conceived of as the opposite of grimdark. Works in the hopepunk subgenre are about characters fighting for positive change, radical kindness, and communal responses to challenges."
It appears that I am a hopepunk kinda guy.
