I have a job!!! I start tomorrow! It&#39;s initially contract only at a reduced rate for the first 4 weeks -- a sort of probationary period, after which we&#39;ll negotiate for long term employment. Not perfect, as there&#39;s still some uncomfortable uncertainty which leaves me nervous, but sooooooo much better than no income at all!
