    @iFixit@mastodon.social I find it surprising more people don’t own a multimeter. I don’t use mine a lot but probably at least once a month. Use it to test batteries and troubleshoot simple wiring hookups. I would feel lost without one.

    @iFixit@mastodon.social I graduated from college in 2004... as a graduation gift, I bought myself a True RMS, auto-range one then (sick of having to select the range, on the cheap one part of my college parts kit). I still use it now! The prices for Multimeters have dropped by half, for the same one I have.
