@Popehat That's true, but Twitter puts the blanket acusation on the user page stating that the user has broken twitter rules, which is not a simple expression of their descriession.

@Popehat I think most of the people who call out elan for things like this are pointing to his massive raging hypocrisy more than it actually being a first amendment issue. He likes to conflate freedom of speech in a governmental sense with everywhere and then behave otherwise
