@rogerparkinson Hm, "procrastination" is from Latin "for-tomorrow-ination" so I propose "crasnuncinated" - "tomorrow-[is]-now-inated". (Pronounced with... oh well never mind, English will pronounce it however it bally well wants to.) I generally feel crasnuncinated when I have to get up for work having stayed up way too late the night before doing something fun.

In German, "das Bedauern, gestern Abend nicht das Geschirr gespült zu haben." Join those words together to make one big word and you get "dasBedauernGesternAbendnichtdasGeschirrgespültzuhaben". I think that's how German works. @rogerparkinson

@rogerparkinson not a feeling I'm familiar with. We always have dishes waiting to be washed. Doesn't everyone in a flat with people running on different time schedules? We wait till the dishwaher is almost full before turning it on. The wash by hand stuff gets rinsed and is fine waiting. Is there a problem with this? Are you expecting the King or your auntie to visit?

@rogerparkinson We have never had a dishwasher and still manually wash/dry our dishes. We used to be assiduous in cleaning up at night when friends came over. Nowadays we are less so, if only because sometimes age and tiredness outweigh that feeling you are seeking a word for!
