It always confuses me when a right-wing party proposes an actual good law especially one that would ordinarily be associated with the left. So when I saw the RNZ article about National pledging reform of consent definitions I was all "Huh, what's up with that?" Looking for experiences of before/after with window insulating film - especially if you&#39;ve used EcoLux 70 Solar Gard. The data rates pretty well compared to double-glazing especially for the price. I get it would cut incoming radiative heat in summer, and keep more warmth in in winter, and these are good.
