I really do need to learn how to drive. Even if I don't have a car, renting one when I'm in different places would eliminate my directional isolation lol

@jalcine Big same. I benefit a lot from having a wife who drives but it'd be nice to have my own vehicle just because. It would actually help her out too but meh…maybe I'll work on that license next month.

@jalcine I let my drivers license expire a couple years ago, but it would be nice to have one just for the ability to rent a car, which I'd only do a few times per year at most.

@jalcine I waited until I was 24 to learn to drive. It was both freeing and not, and sadly once I learned I leaned on the convenience of individual transport much more than was justified.
