  It's so easy to just languish and not care about anything if the *only* thing you can care about is getting to the next day. Seeing how I treat my mind and body between work (an external force!) reminds me of how much control that has over one. Perhaps less so if you're with family or coupled and you have a buoy (I'm fortunate to just have the buoy) but noticing that shift in myself is tremendous.
