@johnefrancis @erin Ohhhh, I commented "didn't the whole city get those?" (deleted) but no, I see... not the decoders, just the calendars.
Every year the calendar is the first thing to enter my black box for pickup, lol. If confused I have myservice.ottawa.ca bookmarked.

@zazzoo @erin about 2/3rd of the street put out garbage - back - blue today. They didn't read their decoder cards! Noe they'll accumulate 3 weeks of paper/cardboard before the next black collection on Apr 8, which is delayed by a day and easy to miss. Another change is the timing. It used to be a leisurely 10am pickup. Now we seem to be near the start of the route and get 7:01am.
