@zazzoo @erin about 2/3rd of the street put out garbage - back - blue today. They didn't read their decoder cards! Noe they'll accumulate 3 weeks of paper/cardboard before the next black collection on Apr 8, which is delayed by a day and easy to miss.
Another change is the timing. It used to be a leisurely 10am pickup. Now we seem to be near the start of the route and get 7:01am.

@johnefrancis @erin This is what I'm worried about most - if the time of pickup changes. I can't put garbage out the night before because of the local coyotes, but I'll be damned if I'm going to get up at 7am to put garbage out. I usually put it out around 11am, often triggered by the sound of the truck coming down the street.
