*Very* early work, but proof-of-concept for a #GIMP shape tool. :)
I plan to add an option for merging the shape down immediately (destructive workflow) as well as fill/stroke settings in the tool itself.
I also think we'll need to add a way to save & load shapes like we do with brushes (default shapes + custom ones you want to add).
We'll see what people think once I have something ready for a draft merge request.

@CmykStudent This is such a long awaited feature! Finally it's been worked on! 👍 But I could not come up with a single use case for intentionally and irrevocably destroying image information except when exporting to a rasterized image format. Destructive editing should be removed entirely from all of GIMPs tools ...
