@timixretroplays During the initial interview I let drop a casual reference to having ADHD, the response was "well, I think most of us here have ADHD " Anyways, got hired on, and it was such a "we're a start culture, but growing up" but the've not matured enough to consciously be more... Professional. Prided themselves on having no process, flat org structure. Awfully hard to figure out by osmosis on the first week who to assign a ticket to when it's all by the hidden culture you just got introduced to. But wait, there was process. The Shadow processes of "how we've always done it" combined with "this ham fisted way we think a software house should run" and a smattering of hidden lords. You know, the people long in tooth, greatest among "equals" weeks transgressions will not be mentioned. Sure many there may have been ADHD, but don't penalize someone for high Context Switching overhead. Warn the noobs about the Shadow lords. Hand them a map of who's who. And make a formal, competent HR Dept.
