@vervain I don't cook, although you could if you feel safer. I have a little ice cream maker that makes half the batch at a time. I'm not sure how well just freezing would work. The texture is a little different from dairy, a bit more crystalline, but I really like it.

@temporal_spider Oh I meant freeze in an ice cream maker. I am going to look for a good coconut cream. My oldest still lives at home and hates egg yolks, so we have extras.
