Oh I meant freeze in an ice cream maker. I am going to look for a good coconut cream. My oldest still lives at home and hates egg yolks, so we have extras.

@vervain I used to leave my house (too sick now,) and would buy Aroy-D at the local Asian supermarket, but now there's only one way to get it, from Amazon, sigh. They make milk and cream, and have been reliable for over a decade. Not really cheap, though.
