Do you just blend them up together and then freeze? Or... you probably cook them a little first. I'm just guessing though.

@vervain I don't cook, although you could if you feel safer. I have a little ice cream maker that makes half the batch at a time. I'm not sure how well just freezing would work. The texture is a little different from dairy, a bit more crystalline, but I really like it.
