@vervain you might like my recipe, using coconut cream and egg yolks. It's basically one liter of Aroy D coconut cream (the only kind with no garbage in it) to 3 egg yolks. I'm eating some right now. I have to use monkfruit and allulose to sweeten, but you can use sugar if you prefer.

@temporal_spider Vereesh, thank you very much for sharing your recipe! Do you just blend them up together and then freeze? Or... you probably cook them a little first. I'm just guessing though.
