@MCDuncanLab the ones by me it's more of an exchange situation. the cheaper fill yourself places I mostly see ones with screw caps that I think just go on very simple dispensers where you maybe invert the dispenser to attach it?

@SRLevine Ours water dispenser at home is a ceramic crock we invert onto after removing the lid entirely plus we have a delivery service (we’re on a well and don’t test the water frequently enough for my comfort) so I’ve never paid attention to the lid situation at the refill just noted where it is in case we ever need it. I assume you have a system where it punctures the lid?
