@OohOkayKay Sounds good. I'm not quite keto, more kinda "daytime keto"... I still indulge in the carbohydrates in the evenings (rice, pasta)... but also want to start reducing that somewhat.
Only someone keto would be found calling broccoli and tomato high carb 😅 (Brocc is pretty low IMO, but yeah, tomato is basically fruit juice in terms of sugars... and I know garlic is lumps of carbohydrate, but at least you don't need much volume of garlic in a recipe. Albeit my "not much" garlic is other people's: OMG, WTF, all the GARLIC!!!)

@OohOkayKay I actually have a pot of wild garlic (leaf based) pesto in the fridge right now come to think of it... which is a lower carb way to amp up the garlic content :) [Has parmesan, sunflower seeds, and rapeseed oil in it.]

@yvan Tomato is 2.6 net carbs/100gr Broccoli is 3.9 net carbs/100gr Garlic is 30 net carbs/100gr When you're doing keto those small amounts carbs add up quickly.
