7371 steps so far. Might go far another walk later if my legs are up to it but honestly I doubt it. That 3 hrs of heavy gardening 2 days ago has set me back. The next day my hamstrings and glutes were so sore, it hurt like hell to stand up. And my lower back wasn&#39;t happy either. All that bending over and shoveling did me right in. Update: I found a sunscreen I can buy locally. Thank you everyone for the suggestions. Does anyone know of a sunscreen that does NOT contain aloe vera in it. I&#39;m allergic to aloe vera and break out in a very fine, extremely itchy rash so I need to avoid it. Trying to search for it on line is impossible. 50 SPF sweat proof .. I&#39;m in Ontario Canada.

Something woke me up at 6:30 AM and I couldn&#39;t get back to sleep. Now awake but don&#39;t want to be. Supposed to be rainy all day, so no outside walking for me. Would love to go back to bed as sleep the day away. Yep, I&#39;m officially old.
