7371 steps so far. Might go far another walk later if my legs are up to it but honestly I doubt it. That 3 hrs of heavy gardening 2 days ago has set me back. The next day my hamstrings and glutes were so sore, it hurt like hell to stand up. And my lower back wasn't happy either. All that bending over and shoveling did me right in. Along with the heat and sunburn, I've still not recovered. The rest will have to wait until I'm ready again. And FFS people, DO NOT plant orange ditch lilies in flowers beds.
