@MrLee It’s a good and earned response, but it does nothing to the intended base of messaging of the original post. What’s going on is drumming up support from a die-hard authoritarian base. The people who would become the future blackshirts that help MAGA stay in power forever. This kind of people can only be courted with promises of greatness & glory through violence & loyalty. There is a political revolution going on in the USA, whether it is successful or not remains to be seen.

@MrLee Great ! But apart from that, are they actually beginning the task of scouring their IT systems (especially the critical ones) of any software that depends on the USA ? Irony is good in the face of danger, but actual preparations is good too...

In 1066, William the Conqueror of Norman descent in the Norman Conquest of England become king of England... I think you might want to spend more time looking into that... ;)

@MrLee Honestly, the best thing that could happen in the world today would be if the Americans let a Danish invasion succeed for just one day, enough time to have the Nazis incarcerated, drop the legal status of the constitution, and make it that Congress, not the President, has ultimate power. Then they can leave and the US can be left to rebuild itself as a nice country.
