OMG This outdoor scene is Polesden Lacey. A stately home in Surrey, near where we used to live. We used to go there on picnics. This is photo from July 2016. Two years earlier, it was the site of a Guinness World Record of "most people rolling down a hill in an hour." 我哥今年32岁，去年底查出脑干胶质瘤，术后留下严重小脑共济失调和HOD（罕见病变）。在康复科住院近一年，目前仍无法自主行走，伴轻微抖动、构音不清，需长期住院治疗。因为病发太突然、打击太大，他深陷抑郁，每天都在说“好不了了”“我活不久了”，认为康复训练没有用，现在完全抗拒康复训练。我妈曾瞒着他用舍曲林（我不知情），他知情后非常抗拒精神类药物。 我爸妈无业，精神堪忧。我爸甚至会偷偷转走我哥的存款和我的学费钱拿去酗酒挥霍，在病床前则动辄大吼大叫，我哥看见就让他滚。家庭关系紧张也拖缓我哥的治疗进度。我今年大三，确诊双相并稳定服药已经六年，家人现在一给我打电话或者一见到我就痛哭，说实话我的精神状态也很堪忧，完全没办法承受他们的情绪，也不知道该怎么办才好。 想求助有类似经验的朋友： 1. 我哥的情况需要请心理咨询师或者去精神科治疗吗？他现在构音不清，有专门针对这类病人的咨询师吗？ 2. 有类似经验（突发重大疾病且康复进程极慢）的网友可以分享身心康复经验吗？ 3.有没有了解HOD的网友可以提供一些康复的建议？ 非常感谢！ @board
