【苦しい時ほど自分の大切なものへ進むこと】 もう3年間、毎日毎日しつこい嫌がらせにあっている。そのせいで体を壊し、ストレスで顔は歪み、苦しい試練を受け続けている。でも、こういう時こそ道を間違えてはいけないのだ。相手を恨む道より、自分の本当の大切なものを守る道へ。自分にとってのオリジン―本当に生きたい世界に進むこと。 今でも思い出す。 30年前、京都での学生時代。 「自分の本当の人生を生きるんだ！」と決意して、朝起きたら、当時大好きだったアメリカドラマ「ブロッサム」のOP曲を流しながら、自分で作ったサンドイッチを頬張る。そして、意気揚々と大学への山道を自転車をこいで向かう。 向かうは図書館。 午前中をしっかり勉強し、昼食は大好きだった食堂のハヤシライス。あるいは別の食堂の鶏唐揚の甘酢定食。満腹感に浸りながら、図書館横の広場でゆっくり佇む。 そして、午後からまた勉強。夕方に図書館の軽食コーナーで食事をし、閉館までまた勉強。大学を去る頃には辺りはすっかり真っ暗。一番星を見つめながら、自転車で山道を下っていく。
