Automation shit-tech like #Workday (under multiple discrimination lawsuits, BTW) would not only decline you, but mark in ALL the companies under Workday as 'no'. Companies also use extreme variations of "AI" as well for filtering people at scale. And how do we know there werent rules that apply age, sex, name, race, religion discrimination? We don't. So how do you balance 20 minutes for an application and rejected in 5 seconds? You automate and scale up. But, when everyone does, it also gets worse for everyone.
