Yes, You ARE Getting Auto-Rejected
According to a viral survey by Enhancv, 92% of recruiters do not use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in order to auto-reject job applicants’ resumes. However, after reviewing all of the research, journalism, and government investigations into AI-driven HR hiring tools, I have determined that claim to be untrue.
Not only are most job applicants’ resumes getting auto-rejected most of the time, but there’s a mountain of evidence that they’re getting auto-rejected for all kinds of hidden and absurd reasons that have nothing to do with whether or not they’re qualified for the job.
In today’s video, we’re doing a thorough investigation into why the HR industry wants to convince us that ATS tools are “fair” and “objective” when they’re not, what the research actually says, and how perverse incentives in the corporate world are leading HR professionals to zealously support the active destruction of the American job market (yes, it really is that deep).

My local, privacy-first resume scanner that shows you how your resume will perform on the most popular Applicant Tracking Systems (#ATS) - without uploading your document anywhere has a #GUI now!
The #CLI is of course still available

On Windows you might see a warning, but you trust it, or just run from source.
welp
Somehow, my american truck simulator game has several saves from 2025.
I switched to the open beta and my only recent save was converted to the game version for the beta and it is now incompatible with the current live version.
Baffling. Absolutely baffling. Where did several saves from last year even come from? How does Steam cloud sync even bork like this
so yeah I may be done with #ATS at this point, I guess we'll see
