The effort is outlined in an internal memo obtained by The New York Times & confirmed by a person familiar with the investigation. The memo says that the surge is part of a “priority” effort by #KashPatel, the director of the #FBI. The analysts will work to complete “approximately 708 records checks,” according to the memo. But an unsealed affidavit that was used to obtain the search warrant for that raid relied heavily on debunked #ConspiracyTheories about ballot anomalies in 2020.
