Jeez, I was not expecting that last scene with Andre about to be eaten by the spider. 😬 #MonsterdonDoubleFeature #TheFly1958

Oh snap! The little squeaky, "Help me!" of the fly stuck in the web. 😬 #MonsterdonDoubleFeature #TheFly1958

The fly/Andre went out like the first #Terminator. 🤔 #MonsterdonDoubleFeature #TheFly1958

Tell ya what: that mask with the fly mouth probus looks pretty sick for late 50s. 👍 #MonsterdonDoubleFeature #TheFly1958

That research barrel burned itself out pretty quick, almost like a fire service based B plot would have broken the budget #Monsterdon #MonsterdonDoubleFeature #TheFly1958

@RachelThornSub@famichiki.jp @diazona@techhub.social tbh, goldblum makes a fantastically grotesque human-headed fly, but the movie doesn’t come even remotely close to vp’s level. I mean how could it? #JusticeForDandelo#Monsterdon #monsterdondoublefeature #thefly1958

Fun fact: according to IMDB, this was the highlight of Patricia Owens' career (she's the actor who played Helene) https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0654433/ #Monsterdon #MonsterdonDoubleFeature #TheFly1958

@RachelThornSub@famichiki.jp It is really a different movie on the same basic premise. A good movie, but quite different. Best line: "Be afraid. Be very afraid." Skip the sequel to the remake, though. #Monsterdon #TheFly1958

"He was like an explorer in a wild country" a country in which every cat in the world quite rightly exacted endlessly painful, ultimately fatal revenge on every human that ever lived #Monsterdon #MonsterdonDoubleFeature #TheFly1958

[In tiny, squeaky voice] Thanks @ryan@social.miyaku.media for hosting & y'all for posting! Justice for Dandelo! #Monsterdon #TheFly1958
