Brazilian exports to the #US have fallen to their lowest level since 1997. Comparing the first 6 months of 2025 & 2026, bilateral #trade with the US declined by 12.8%, while #Brazil’s trade with the #EU grew by 6.1% & its trade with #China increased by 15.9%.
In the medium term, these #tariffs will disrupt #SupplyChains that are currently deeply integrated, & Brazilian companies will replace their US suppliers with partners elsewhere.
