A federal judge on Tuesday agreed to dismiss the #SeditiousConspiracy case against the leader of the #OathKeepers, #StewartRhodes, & 7 other members of the #extremist group who planned to storm the US Capitol on #Jan6, 2021.
The ruling by US District Judge Amit P. Mehta is the last step in the legal process to wipe out penalties from the Jan 6 #insurrection, cementing #Trump’s bid to unravel the largest federal investigation in US #history [& erase the truth of his crimes].
