Had a second round of #sorrel sauce from the garden tonight! Glad we brought some of that plant with us when we moved for our garden here. It makes a very tasty lemony/creamy sauce for fish.
Also goes nicely on asparagus, or chilled as a spread on sandwiches. Versatile.
( There's a similarly named red flower of a plant in Jamaica that is different than this. There's also a version of the green leafy one that has bright red veins through its leaves. )
