When I don’t necessarily have much to say because the world becomes a bit much, I post anothe #TipOfDay Here is a tiny but pleasing improvement to ceramic-coated skillets that have brown stains over time. I felt like I tried “everything” over the last few years. (I really hoped the baking soda paste would work, but nope. Then I tried BKF paste but nope. But now, ta-da! THIS. 30% white vinegar boiled at a simmer 1:1 with water. 15 minutes. And yes I used a lid because, ewwww—fumes. At first I was disappointed. But literally 20 minutes later after having rinsed and dried skillets, it was better. A cleaning miracle happened on one of the skillets!
