Force 6 - 7 gale north of the Orkney Islands.
Although I haven't examined the porcelain I haven't eaten since yesterday lunchtime and have felt extremely rough.
The crew are just about to park the boat in a very overcast Torshavn (Faroes).
I might risk breakfast later.
