Looks like #Material3Expressive is not happening on #Flutter anytime soon. I did find a third party package that implements many of the M3E components. This whole project was kickstarted because I wanted to use the new M3E floating toolbar, so I'm using that package instead of waiting. I'm going to have to clean up and finalize the design with what I've got right now, and rewrite the code for most screens to use the new available components. It's fun to do.
