i have seen many people from pennsylvania say that this is a pennsylvania staple and i am also told it broke out throughout the midwest and i can absolutely see it as part of a hundred lutherian church potlucks every summer also this is kind of a second go of this for me as a simpler version of this went around tumblr like 10 years ago and I tried it and was very disappointed. this version has more ingredients (salt, cream cheese) and also adds more preparation steps that definitely should matter. i can say that the cream layer is dramatically better than the tumblr version already. it’s legit good. hopefully it will all mesh this time! #baking #pretzelstrawberryjello
