Ran the Media City 5k race organised by RunThrough UK last night and completed the course in a very respectable 27.21 minutes. Considering this is the first time I’ve raced this distance for two years and to run in a time like that is very encouraging #running #5krace #polarrunning #runnersofmastodon

Tatton Park 10k this morning and another sub 60 minutes run (chip time 58:57) First 5k ok second about 2 minutes slower with a heavy incline between 4-6 km but managed to finish strong #running #10krace #polarrunning #runnersofmastodon

Today’s run was not the best I’ve ran tbh, struggled to keep in zone 2 without resorting to a lot of stops and walking. Glad its over and can start again in a day or two #running #slowrun #10krun #polarrunning #runnersofmastodon

Hell of a busy day today, an important video call this morning and an appointment later on so this run was a much needed one. One huge bonus though I got my confirmation email that my application to run Tokyo Legacy Half has been accepted #tunning #easyrunning #cathartic #polarrunning #runnersofmastodon
