A dispatch from cynics corner: I see petrol retailers are mobilising the defence of high prices, and implying a need to cover the costs of thefts of petrol from forecourts..... of course, they'll admit thefts rise with the petrol price, but will use these losses to justify retaining higher prices for longer - especially now the Chancellor has been warning firms about price-gouging during the oil crisis wrought by the US attacks on Iran. #politics #petrol #politics https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cy8mrrlkjppo

This is exciting that the last major holdout of leaded gasoline/petrol -- aviation -- is happening with a target of 2030. This can't help but be a good thing for the environment. https://www.denver7.com/news/local-news/in-your-community/boulder-county/boulder-municipal-airport-begins-offering-unleaded-fuel-in-push-for-cleaner-air #Aviation #Gasoline #Petrol #UnleadedGas
