Earlier in the dental office, was watching CTV talking to confused, angry, and hurt Ottawa citizens whose basements and backyards flooded catastrophically during the storm 2 weeks ago. Help from the province has not yet arrived and there were lots of prevaricating ministers talking. We are in a heat dome right now; I shouldn't have booked anything for midday.
