In their new paper, “A Cybersecurity Digital Twin Architecture for Modelling Threats in Interconnected Systems,” Matteo Repetto and Daniele Canavese expand the idea of using digital copies of hardware for researching the devices’ cybersecurity properties. The authors present a scheme for threat hunting in systems with elaborate service chains, like smart cities. Kubernetes system is a vital part of many multi-tenant projects. As services that use it grow in scale and their policies become more complex, secure authorisation becomes a crucial issue. The new paper by Francesco Pizzato, Daniele Bringhenti, and Fulvio Valenza presents a conceptual analysis and an experimental evaluation of five different access management tools used with the platform.
