I've learned that you cannot rent a #bakfiets with the intention to use it for moving. This is very unfortunate. I have movers scheduled for later this month, but I have some stuff I would prefer to move myself. It's a little over 1km #moving #carryshitolympics

We need to update the docs and prompts for user migration. The requirements are there for a good reason, but are a bit confusing.

For a migration to fully succeed:

1. the user must have a valid export file
2. the user must set the origin ("old") account as an alias from the target ("new") account on the new server
3. the user must set the origin account as "moved" to the target account on the old server
