Okay, in further "artists I do not know" (well, until everyone piled on me here the last hour or so, lol), today's random record is "Glenn Campbell: By The Time I Get to Phoenix". Which I bought because I thought it was signed, but it turns out the former owner put their name over every single surface of this album in 1969. #music #lps

Anyway, back to listening. I like it! I have heard of Chicago, but I can't name anything by them. Side 1 is very much rock/blues? I like it! Had to wash the whole thing off though... (bought replacement record liners since a bunch of these had no inner liners, and pretty sure straight cardboard does records no favors....) "Loneliness Is Just A Word" definitely a fan of the organ/trumpet. "I Don't Want Your Money" -- very blues. #music #lps

This is a keeper! Too bad about the first track on both sides. Lots of good stuff on here. "Deportee/Plane Wreck At Los Gatos) is the second to last track on the second side. (Woody Guthrie tune!). I had put this on the "donate back to a thrift shop" after listening to two tracks, completely unaware of probably one of the most incredible tracks I have heard all the way on side 3, I Feel Love.
