This is helpful but what I want is swappable standardized #Batteries. Think your flashlight when you swap out the AA batteries for a new pair. It just works, no need to hunt for brand "Makita" or "Hoover model ABC113XYZ" battery on the Internet that you cannot find 5 years after you bought the vacuum. Just go to any major store. So swappable standard small/flat size for phones, one bigger size for cordless drills/power tools/cordless vacuums, one biggest size for lawn mowers/power stations/e-bikes. Make them #Lifepo4 for longer life. I wouldn't mind the lower power capacity as much since the batteries would be swappable.
Cordless vacuum cleaners are the worst. Non replaceable batteries with proprietary chargers .
