The touchscreen display is now installed, KlipperScreen is running and -- after several struggling attempts -- the displays is in the correct orientation! To make a long story short: If you want to use KlipperScreen, it may be best to install RaspberryPi OS and manually install all the Klipper / Moonraker / Mainsail packages... #voron #trident #klipper #klipperscreen #3dprinting

@Timpostma@mastodon.world Thank you very much for your advice! I'm a 3Dprinting veteran. Build my printer all by myself around 9 years ago. It's a CoreXY because from my point of view bedslingers where already outdated back than. Since I have a solid 8 mm milled aluminium bed, I don't have to level my bed - ever. Except after a nozzle change or something like that. But it's lacking quality of life features (input shaping, #klipper, toolchanger, PEI sheets [I've to wait until the print cools down] etc.)
