#ionos zum zweiten Mal: "wir konnten nicht von deinem Konto buchen"ich: schickt mir den Nachweis der Rücklastschrift, damit ich es mir meiner Bank klären kann. ionos: glaubt uns Bro, es ging nicht Bro, unsere Systeme Bro, wir müssen dein Konto jetzt sperren Bro. Ich habe mindestens 4 Mal mit Support telefoniert. Jedes Mal 20 Minuten gewartet. Mehrere E-Mails geschrieben. Und am Ende: "oopsie, schon Mal passiert. Glaubt uns, wir haben es versucht. Das kostet jetzt 3,90€ × 2 an 'Bearbeitungsgebühren'". Immerhin gibt es @netcup@netcup.cafe. ich werde meinen Glück bei den Versuchen. #kundendienst
