Although the details are not identical it reminds me of how #Apple and #Samsung were in court over infringement of #phone designs.
Is #dji in the right or #insta360 in the right? One thing I'll point out is how Insta360 is the newcomer in #Shenzhen #China and has been gaining ground steadily on DJI.
