Maybe I've been watching too much world-cup soccer... Or played too much as a kid. But tonight, when I got beat in my beer-league ice-hockey game, I decided to go with the soccer rules: you can take out the player on a slide tackle so long as you contact the puck first, right? My goalie seemed to agree I did the right thing. Fist bumps on the way to the penalty box. They're calling it "boy aquarium" and when the hockey players slam up against each other and get all aggressive, they're chanting "KISS, KISS, KISS, KISS!"
