Just had a female co-worker from another team come by my desk and compliment my cute desk and dresses 💜💜💜.
There are not many women i actually work with (downside to tech), so this really means a lot to me 💜. On top of that she did feel a bit “introverted” (this is tech… :-) ), so this was likely also not trivial social interaction for her (educated guess on my part) making it even more meaningful.
Anyway now I’m sitting with (positive emotion) tears in drinking coffee and I had to get a napkin to dry my eyes 💜
