Always one to present a challenge (it was a mountain last year), @david_chisnall@infosec.exchange pointed out that this tree already had a hat, but it was a bit plain. Found some feathers to decorate. Would very much like to see the bird they came from.

Always good to have an oddball in the hatting. @stephanie@ottawa.place found this perfect moss ball earlier this year, and I turned it into a wee creature then, & she quite rightly pointed out that we needed a festive version 😁
